SEO mentoring with people who run large accounts every day.

A generic course teaches concepts. SEO mentoring with Netlinks teaches what to do on your own site, from the same people who apply the technique to clients like Nobre, CLM Controller and Leo's Marble & Granite every month. Theory with the case on the table.

We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Headquarters in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

01Overview

SEO mentoring

SEO mentoring solves a problem a recorded course does not: applying the technique to your specific site, with your history, your competition and your team's budget. It is the difference between watching a lecture on structured data and leaving the session knowing exactly which schema your product page is missing.

Netlinks runs this mentoring with people from the operation itself: the same specialists who serve more than 200 companies since 2017 and apply the shortcuts learned at Méliuz, Globo.com, Rock Content and LWSA. It is not a standardized course recorded once, it is a session where your case gets analyzed live.

It works both for someone who leads marketing and needs to understand SEO well enough to hold an agency accountable, and for someone who is already an SEO professional and wants to accelerate with people who deal with scale, GEO and structured data every day.

The session also works as a second opinion: a company that already hired a consultant and wants to confirm the proposed plan makes sense, or a professional who received a technical recommendation and wants to understand the reasoning before approving the investment.

02Format

How the mentoring works

Netlinks' SEO mentoring is not a fixed grid of recorded classes. It is a program combining theory and practice, structured around where you are: someone starting out learns the fundamentals with a real example; someone already running SEO goes straight into technical SEO, GEO and structured data.

Every session starts from short technical material and goes straight to your site: the diagnosis a specialist would bring to a paying client is the same one applied in your mentoring, with the difference that you learn the reasoning behind each recommendation, not just receive a finished list.

Support continues between sessions: a specific question about an architecture decision, or about a result that did not show up, can get resolved before the next meeting, with no need to wait for the next class in the grid.

    Marketing manager

Needs to understand SEO well enough to hold whoever executes it to the right timeline and priority.

  2. 02

    Entrepreneur

Wants to stop relying only on paid media and understand what to prioritize on their own site.

  3. 03

    Junior to mid-level SEO professional

Already understands the basics and wants to accelerate with people who handle scale and GEO every day.

  4. 04

    A newly formed in-house team

Will take on SEO at the company and needs a solid base before an expensive mistake.

05Format

What a mentoring session looks like in practice

Before the conversation, the specialist runs a quick diagnosis of your site: crawling, indexing and a read of your market's main keywords. That material opens the session, instead of a generic slide about what SEO is.

From there, the conversation follows your pace: someone with a specific question resolves it in one session, someone structuring SEO from zero usually prefers a few weeks of support, with a task between one meeting and the next.

The stated goal is always the same: leave each session knowing exactly what to do the following Monday, not with a list of concepts to study later.

06Comparison

Mentoring with a specialist or a recorded course

Both formats have their place. The difference shows up when it is time to apply what was taught on your specific site.

Netlinks mentoringGeneric recorded course
Who teachesA specialist running large accounts the same monthAn instructor with no contact with your case
ApplicationA diagnosis of your own site, liveA generic example, with no context for you
Question between sessionsResolved before the next meetingA generic forum, with no response deadline
UpdateReflects what changes in the algorithm this monthRecorded once, ages over time

07Continuity

What to do after the mentoring

Whoever finishes the mentoring leaves with an action plan for their own site, not just class notes. Part of that plan can be executed in-house. The part that needs scale, like content production at volume or authority building, usually turns into a full SEO consulting engagement, with the same specialist leading it.

There is no obligation to hire after the mentoring. Many people leave with just the knowledge and apply it themselves, with the team they already have.

08The deliverable

Finished work, approved by you in the App and shipped. Not a report that only describes the problem.

Diagnosis of your site

A real technical analysis applied in the session, not a generic example.

Prioritized action plan

What to do first, with the impact math explained.

Support material

A checklist and technical references to consult after the session.

A specific question answered before the next meeting.

09Who leads

Who leads your project

The three of them own the process and manage the team on every account. No senior who shows up at kickoff and disappears: they sign off on the plan, review the work and talk to your team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is SEO mentoring for?

For marketing managers, entrepreneurs and SEO professionals who want to apply the technique directly to their own site, guided by people who run large accounts.

Do I need prior SEO knowledge?

No. The mentoring adjusts to your starting point: beginners see fundamentals with a real example, practitioners go straight into technical SEO and GEO.

Does the mentoring analyze my actual site?

Yes. The diagnosis made during the session uses your own site as the example, not a generic case from a recorded course.

What is the difference between mentoring and full SEO consulting?

Mentoring teaches you to decide and execute. SEO consulting takes on execution with Netlinks' team. Many people start with mentoring and move to consulting when they need scale.

Does the mentoring cover GEO and SEO for AI models?

It does. Citable content, authority and structured data enter the program, with the same logic applied in GEO.

Is there a fixed number of sessions?

The format adjusts to the goal: a diagnostic session can resolve a specific question, and a longer engagement makes sense for someone structuring SEO from zero.

Do I get a certificate at the end?

The mentoring is focused on practical application to your case. Anyone looking for formal certification will find a different format from what Netlinks delivers here.

Does the mentoring work for someone who has never worked with SEO?

Yes. The first meeting is adjusted to explain the fundamentals with a real example from your site, with no assumed prior knowledge.
