Response Marketing method: the work arrives finished.
Eight pillars that spell N-E-T-L-I-N-K-S and run as a cycle every month. One plan for Google, AI assistants, YouTube, Reddit and forums, executed by senior specialists and tracked by you in the App, around the clock.
We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Headquarters in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

01Overview
The Response Marketing method
The Response Marketing method is how Netlinks runs an SEO and GEO engagement, from the first diagnosis to the monthly report. Eight pillars spell N-E-T-L-I-N-K-S, and each one carries a named senior specialist, a deliverable and a place in the Netlinks App where you see what shipped.
The name comes from what search became. Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, YouTube, Reddit and industry forums are all places where somebody asks a question and gets an answer. The job is to make your company that answer, in the format each of those places accepts.
The method is the same for a regional operation and for a store with tens of thousands of SKUs. What changes is the depth of each pillar and the pace of the cycle. It was shaped across more than 200 engagements since 2017, using the shortcuts we learned running Letras.mus.br, Méliuz, Globo.com, Rock Content and LWSA.

02Definition
What the Response Marketing method is
Response Marketing is the method, not the company category. Netlinks is an SEO and GEO agency and consultancy; the method is the set of rules that makes the service ship to the same standard every month, with any team and in any of the three languages.
It exists for a practical reason. Search programs usually die from a missing routine: the ideas show up in the first meeting, and what disappears later is the discipline of executing, measuring and correcting. The method ties together three things that normally float free:
- One plan. The same keyword map feeds the content, the content feeds authority, and authority returns rankings and citations. No front runs a parallel plan of its own.
- One owner per pillar. Each of the eight pillars has a senior specialist accountable for what goes into production, the deadline and what needs your sign-off.
- One real place. Everything shows up in the App: delivery queue, approvals, keyword positions, AI citations, speed and an alert when something drops.
The cycle is monthly and closes on itself. The eighth pillar hands its reading back to the first, so next month's plan is born from what this month showed. To see the method applied to a specific scope, look at SEO consulting and SEO agency.
03Coverage
Where the question gets asked
The first decision in the method is where to look for the question. Chasing Google volume alone leaves out half of a B2B buying journey, where the doubt passes through a forum, a video and a conversation with an AI long before it turns into a request for proposal.
Each channel accepts a different shape of answer, so the method treats them as four distinct outputs of the same plan:
- Google. Organic results, rich results, the local pack and the generated answer at the top of the page. Driven by content, authority and structured data.
- AI assistants. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Meta AI, Grok, DeepSeek and Mistral. Driven by citable content, verifiable facts and your brand being mentioned outside your own domain.
- YouTube. Questions asked with the intent of seeing how something is done. Driven by title, description, transcript and the page that supports the video.
- Reddit, forums and communities. Questions asked with the intent of hearing from somebody who actually used it. Driven by real presence and material that survives being quoted in a thread.

04The eight pillars
The 8 pillars of the method, one by one
The pillars run in sequence inside the cycle, and none of them works alone. What comes out of one is raw material for the next, which is exactly why the plan stays single.
N · Navigate
We map where your customer's customer asks before they buy: the Google result, the ChatGPT or Gemini answer, the YouTube video, the Reddit thread and the industry forums. That produces the list of real questions the project will answer, with volume and intent measured.
E · Engineer
Questions become clusters, and every cluster becomes a page with an owner and a date. This is where SEO, GEO and content join a single plan, ordered by business impact: search volume, realistic chance of ranking, average deal size and sales cycle.
T · Technical
Structured data across the whole site, Core Web Vitals, URL architecture, indexing, canonicals and on-page. It is the most neglected pillar in our market and the one where Netlinks is strongest: a machine that cannot parse the page has less reason to recommend it.
L · Link
Link building and digital PR through Atômico Press: real publications, real story angles, coverage that can carry a citation. External authority is what makes Google and a language model trust what your page claims.
I · Influence
Real depth in the communities that feed the answers: Reddit, industry forums, YouTube and LinkedIn. That is where the decision matures before it turns into a search, and where AI models go looking for a human opinion.
N · Nurture
Continuous editorial production: blog, service pages, product pages, guides and comparisons. Content written to answer the whole question, with the depth that makes a reader stop looking somewhere else.
K · Knowledge
Your own brand knowledge base in question and answer format, carrying the facts an AI needs to find: what the company does, where it operates, how long things take, what is included, what upkeep costs. It is the layer that reduces machine error about you.
S · Synthesize
Sales-oriented measurement: rankings, traffic, conversion, citations across dozens of AI models, speed and technical health. Senior analysis every month, whatever did not move drops out of next month's plan, and the cycle returns to Navigate.
05Traceability
What each pillar delivers, and where it shows in the App
A pillar with no deliverable is a slide. The table below is the working contract of the cycle: what each pillar produces and which Netlinks App screen you check it on.
| Pillar | Deliverable of the cycle | Where you see it in the App |
|---|---|---|
| Navigate | Question and channel map, revised each quarter | Mapping, with volume and intent per term |
| Engineer | Page plan for the cycle, with owner and date | Delivery queue, with the status of every piece |
| Technical | Fixes applied and structured data markup validated | Technical health, PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals |
| Link | Links and coverage published in the period, with outlet and date | Link building report, with the URL of each placement |
| Influence | Community and video contributions published | Delivery history for the cycle |
| Nurture | Content written, reviewed and published | Content approval, with full version history |
| Knowledge | New questions and answers in the brand knowledge base | Knowledge base library, with everything already live |
| Synthesize | Monthly reading, adjusted plan and what leaves the scope | Live report on SEO, GEO and AI citations |
06Routine
How the method runs through the month
The cycle has the same shape in every engagement. What changes is the volume in each week, set by the 90 day plan approved at the start.
- Week 0
Onboarding
Access, Search Console, analytics, a staging environment and a conversation with your sales team. The App opens for the people you name, each with their own permission level.
- Week 1
Reading and priorities
Review of the previous month: what rose, what fell, what competitors published and where your brand started being cited. The cycle's priority list comes out of it.
- Week 2
Production
Content, new pages, technical fixes, structured data markup and press angles enter production with a deadline and a named owner.
- Week 3
Approval and publishing
Every deliverable lands in your App queue. Anything that depends on your engineering team ships with a written spec, with no back and forth.
- Week 4
Measurement and adjustment
Rankings, traffic, conversions, AI citations and speed. Whatever did not move the needle drops out of next month's plan.
- Quarter
Executive review
A session with your leadership: where we gained ground, where a competitor reacted and what changes in the next 90 days.
07Governance
Governance and approvals: nothing ships without you
A method without governance turns into task volume. Netlinks works with per-deliverable approval: each piece lands in your App queue with a deadline, you approve it or send it back with a comment, and the version history is stored with date and author.
Who approves what is defined during onboarding. In companies with legal or compliance, you can set more than one approver by type of deliverable: content with marketing, technical change with engineering, press angles with leadership.
Anything that depends on your development team ships as a written spec: what changes, where, why and how to test it. That shortens the back and forth that usually stalls the technical pillar in house.
- An approver per type of deliverable, set by you at onboarding
- Version history with the date and author of every approval
- Engineering-ready technical specs for your development team
- A WhatsApp channel with the team and with Alfred, around the clock

08Timelines
What to expect in each window
A badly set expectation is what kills search programs in month four. The method puts the timeline on the table in the first meeting, with the volume and difficulty math of your market next to it.
| Window | What is already live | What usually moves |
|---|---|---|
| First 30 days | Diagnosis presented, keyword map approved and the highest impact technical fixes applied | Indexed pages, crawl errors and speed |
| 60 to 90 days | Cycle content published, structured data live, first placements and coverage | Long tail positions and the first AI citations |
| 90 to 180 days | Complete silos, knowledge base live and recurring press | Mid funnel terms, qualified traffic and conversion |
| Beyond 180 days | A mature cycle with a quarterly review alongside leadership | Head terms and a direct fight with the category leader |
09Who runs it
The method is operated by senior people
Digo Garcia, André Mousinho and Gabriel Raposo are accountable for the process and for managing the team on every engagement. The experience they bring to the table comes from Letras.mus.br, Méliuz and the Globo.com joint venture, from Rock Content, Tray, Locaweb and LWSA, and from Ambev, BTG and Agibank on the authority and press side.
Behind them sits the full team: Nathália Barcala on process governance, Roberto Murta on technology, Marcelo Ligere as senior advisor, and Alfred, the artificial intelligence that runs the queue, assembles reports and answers on WhatsApp around the clock.
In practice that means the person who presents the diagnosis is the same one who defends the priority in the meeting with your team and comes back the following month to show what changed. How the technology carries that work is covered in technology.

11Who leads
Who leads your project
The three of them own the process and manage the team on every account. No senior who shows up at kickoff and disappears: they sign off on the plan, review the work and talk to your team.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the Response Marketing method?
It is how Netlinks works on SEO and GEO: eight pillars spelling N-E-T-L-I-N-K-S, running on a monthly cycle, each with a senior specialist accountable, a deliverable and a screen in the App where you follow it. Response Marketing is the name of the method; Netlinks is an SEO and GEO agency and consultancy.
Does the method replace SEO?
It organises SEO and widens the target. The classic search work stays whole (technical, content and authority) and gains the layer of showing up inside AI answers, on YouTube and in forums. The AI side is detailed in GEO.
Does the method work for a small company?
It does. The structure is identical; what changes is the depth of each pillar and the size of the cycle. A regional operation usually starts with technical, content and local SEO, with press coming later. The breakdown by company size is in small business and mid-market.
How long before the method produces results?
Technical fixes and new long tail pages usually move positions within 30 to 60 days. Head terms in a crowded market are a quarterly effort. The estimated timeline for your case comes out of the diagnosis, with the volume and difficulty math on the table.
How do I follow what is being done?
Through the Netlinks App, around the clock: delivery queue, approval per piece, rankings, AI citations, PageSpeed and alerts. The WhatsApp channel with the team and with Alfred stays open all day. The detail is in technology.
Does the method cover AI answers or only Google?
It covers both, in the same plan and the same report. The Knowledge pillar produces the question and answer base that models cite, the Technical pillar ships the structured data that removes ambiguity, and the Synthesize pillar monitors citations across dozens of AI models.
Do I need an in-house marketing team?
No. When one exists, the method becomes its technical brain: it prioritises, reviews and unblocks whatever is stuck in development. When there is none, Netlinks takes on the whole operation and you step in only to approve and decide.
Does the method work in English and Spanish?
It does, to the same delivery standard. Netlinks works in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with headquarters in Belo Horizonte and structure in London, Santiago and Panama City. The design for companies selling abroad is in international SEO.
