About Netlinks · Backed by Google for Startups
About Netlinks: the people who deliver your SEO and GEO finished.
Founded in 2017 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. More than 200 companies served, offices in four countries, and delivery in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Your project is led by people who ran search inside Méliuz, Globo.com, Rock Content and LWSA.
We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Headquarters in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

01Who we are
An SEO and GEO agency that works like an in-house team you do not have to hire
Netlinks is an SEO and GEO agency and consultancy founded in 2017 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, by Digo Garcia and Nathália Barcala. It started by building authority for companies nobody could find in search, and by 2026 it runs the full operation: more than 200 companies served and more than R$ 1 billion in sales generated for clients (estimated).
The working model is simple: you get finished work. Keyword mapping, content, backlinks, digital PR, a fast and secure website, structured data and reporting arrive done, led by senior specialists, approved by you inside the Netlinks App and shipped. Your team approves and decides instead of becoming an SEO manager along the way.
Netlinks is backed by Google for Startups, works in three languages and has structure in four countries. The system behind all of it is public: the Response Marketing method, eight pillars that run every month so your company gets found on Google and cited by AI models.
Companies usually arrive looking for one of two things. The whole operation running, with production, authority and technical work under our command, is what the SEO agency does. Only the decision layer, with a senior specialist steering the team you already have, is what SEO consulting delivers. Both come from the same method and the same app.

02History
From 2017 to now
The company started by solving one narrow problem and picked up workstreams as clients kept asking for the same thing: fix what is blocking growth, instead of pointing at it in a report.
- 01
Founded in 2017
Digo Garcia and Nathália Barcala start Netlinks in Belo Horizonte. The first workstream is authority: earning real mentions and links for companies nobody could find in search.
- 02
From authority to a full operation
Clients who hired links started asking for the rest: content, technical fixes, a site that could hold the traffic. Netlinks built the content, technical SEO and web engineering teams to deliver the whole cycle.
- 03
Four countries, three languages
Exporting clients and clients outside Brazil brought the international structure: headquarters in Belo Horizonte plus London, Santiago and Panama City, with execution in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- 04
Backed by Google for Startups
Selection and investment from Google for Startups validated the technical thesis and accelerated the proprietary technology that supports delivery today.
- 05
2026: the method and the App
With search split between Google and language models, Netlinks formalised the Response Marketing method into eight pillars and put the Netlinks App at the centre of the service: delivery approval, live reporting and AI citation monitoring.
03The work
What an SEO and GEO agency actually delivers
At Netlinks, agency means delivery. Work arrives finished, with an owner and a date, and goes through your approval before it ships. What sits inside the contract:
Every workstream has a senior owner and its own place in the report, so you always know what was done, when, and what it moved.
- Intent based keyword mapping. The questions your buyers actually ask, with volume, difficulty and a destination page.
- Content built to be quoted. Pages, guides and a knowledge base written to answer in a citable way.
- Authority. Link building and digital PR with real outlets, run by the Atômico Press workstream.
- Engineering. Fast, secure sites, hosting, Google Cloud and ongoing management, run by the OnWeb workstream.
- Structured data and technical SEO. The layer that lets machines understand the page, and our strongest technical edge.
- Reporting. Rankings, traffic, AI citations, page speed and the delivery queue, live in the App, 24 hours a day.

04The group
Four workstreams, one group
Netlinks signs four workstreams, each with a specialist team inside it. One contract, one meeting, one report. The brands show up because each discipline is run by people who do that all day.
SEO and GEO · Netlinks
Mapping, content, technical SEO, structured data, local and international SEO, and presence inside answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Copilot.
Authority · Atômico Press
Link building and digital PR with a real story in a real outlet. This is the workstream that makes Google and the models trust what your page claims.
Engineering · OnWeb
Web development, website management, hosting and Google Cloud. Speed, protection against intrusion and infrastructure that survives a campaign spike.
Enterprise · Netlinks Exclusive
A 90 day advanced consulting engagement for large operations, with the three specialists inside the project and priority execution.
05Addresses
Where Netlinks sits
Headquarters are in Savassi, Belo Horizonte, and that is where the operation runs from. The other three units support service, contracting and billing outside Brazil.
Belo Horizonte · Headquarters
Av. do Contorno, 5800 · Savassi · Belo Horizonte, MG · 30110-042, Brazil. In person meetings by appointment and most of the team.
London · International hub
125 Kingsway · London WC2B 6NH. Base for English language accounts across the United Kingdom and the United States.
Santiago · Hispanic hub
Av. El Bosque Norte, 211 · Las Condes, Santiago. Base for Spanish language accounts across Latin America.
Panama City · Financial structure
Calle 50, PH Plaza 2000 · Ciudad de Panamá. Contracting and billing structure for international clients.
06Recognition
Backed by Google for Startups
Netlinks was selected and backed by Google for Startups, the global Google programme that supports technology companies across Latin America. For a client, that matters for two practical reasons.
The first is technical: getting through that selection means showing a product, real data and a working operation, not a deck. The second is proximity to the source: anyone working in search gains a lot from understanding early what changes on the platform and how Google treats content, authority and structured data.
None of it replaces the work. What backs a Netlinks promise is the method running the same way on every project, with every delivery logged with a date and an author inside the App.

07Reach
Three languages, four countries, one delivery standard
Netlinks executes in English, Portuguese and Spanish. That is not page translation: it is content written by people who understand the destination market, URL architecture per language, correct hreflang and authority earned in outlets from that country.
Exporters feel the difference quickly. The Leo's Marble & Granite case, in Massachusetts, was built from zero in English. The CLM Controller case has an international structure live in English, Spanish and Chinese, with the Brazilian domain kept for Brazil only.
The whole operation still fits in one contract, with one owner and one report, even when the project crosses three languages and four time zones.

08How we operate
Governance, data and transparency
Search work takes time and money. That is why Netlinks runs on clear rules from day one, and every one of them shows up on screen for you to check.
Approval on every delivery
Each piece lands in your App queue with a deadline and an owner. You approve it or send it back with a comment, and version history is logged with a date and an author. Nothing ships without you.
Priorities set by numbers
Order comes from a calculation: search volume, a realistic chance to rank, average order value and sales cycle. Whatever does not move the needle leaves next month's plan.
Transparency in the App, 24 hours
Rankings, traffic, AI citations, page speed and the delivery queue in real time, without waiting for a month end PDF that only describes the problem.
Timelines agreed in the first meeting
What moves at 30, 60, 90 and 180 days is said before the contract, with the numbers for your market alongside. Search projects die in month four when the timeline was badly set in month one.
A senior specialist on the account
The three leads own the process and the team on every project. The person who presents the audit is the person who comes back next month to show what changed.
Every number with a source
Any figure Netlinks publishes in a case study or a report carries its source and measurement date. An estimate is labelled as an estimate.
09Technology
What the machine does, and what the person does
Alfred is the artificial intelligence that runs the Netlinks day to day: it organises the delivery queue, assembles reporting, flags a metric that leaves its curve and answers on WhatsApp 24 hours a day, in the same group as the human team.
What it handles is the repetitive work and the night shift: collecting, comparing, remembering, answering what is already on record. What it does not handle is strategy, defending a priority in front of your board, or writing the story that becomes a press feature. That stays senior human work.
That split is what keeps the delivery standard high across more than 200 companies without turning the service into an assembly line. The full picture is in technology.

10What changes for you
What Netlinks puts inside your operation
Six things that start to exist in the company the moment the project begins.
A plan with an owner and a date
What ships each month, who executes it and when it goes live. Reviewed every quarter with your leadership.
A senior consultant on the account
The same person presents the audit, defends the priority and comes back next month with the outcome.
Production you can watch
Content, pages, technical fixes, structured data and press all get reviewed before they ship.
Authority built outside your site
Links and features in real outlets, with the URL of every publication logged in the report.
A site that survives growth
Speed, security, hosting and infrastructure handled by the engineering workstream, not passed to a third party.
One place to check everything
The Netlinks App with rankings, traffic, AI citations, page speed, alerts and the delivery queue, 24 hours a day.
11Getting started
How a project starts at Netlinks
The same path for a small company and for a large operation. Only the depth of each step changes.
- 01
Diagnostic conversation
One meeting to understand what the company sells, to whom, at what margin, and what has already been tried. No commitment.
- 02
Audit and mapping
Site crawl, competitive read, intent based keyword map and an opportunity calculation per theme.
- 03
Proposal and 90 day plan
Scope, order of attack, expected timeline and investment. You compare cost against opportunity before signing.
- 04
Onboarding
Access, Search Console, analytics, staging environment and App accounts for the people you nominate.
- 05
Monthly execution cycle
Read, produce, approve, publish, measure. The cycle repeats with the same team and the same owner.
- 06
Quarterly executive review
Where we gained ground, where a competitor reacted and what changes in the next 90 day plan.
12Who leads
Who leads your project
The three of them own the process and manage the team on every account. No senior who shows up at kickoff and disappears: they sign off on the plan, review the work and talk to your team.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does Netlinks do, in one sentence?
Netlinks is an SEO and GEO agency and consultancy that ships finished work: keyword mapping, content, backlinks, digital PR, a fast and secure website, structured data and reporting, led by senior specialists and approved by you inside the App.
How long has Netlinks existed and who founded it?
The company was founded in 2017 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, by Digo Garcia and Nathália Barcala. Since then it has served more than 200 companies and generated more than R$ 1 billion in sales for clients (estimated).
Who leads my project day to day?
Digo Garcia, André Mousinho and Gabriel Raposo own the process and manage the team on every project. Their track record comes from Letras.mus.br, Méliuz and the Globo.com joint venture, from Rock Content, Tray, Locaweb and LWSA, and from the BTG Pactual and Agibank authority programs run by Netlinks. Below them sits the team that executes content, technical, authority and engineering.
Does Netlinks work with small companies?
Yes. The method is the same and only the depth and pace change. A local company usually starts with local SEO, a fast site and content that answers buying questions. The three formats live under small, mid-market and enterprise.
Where are the Netlinks offices?
Headquarters are at Av. do Contorno, 5800, Savassi, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. There is also structure in London, Santiago and Panama City, which support English and Spanish accounts and international contracting.
What does being backed by Google for Startups mean?
It means Netlinks was selected and backed by the global Google programme that supports technology companies across Latin America. It is technical validation and useful proximity to the source of everything that changes in search, not a ranking guarantee.
Is Netlinks an agency or a software company?
It is a service. The Netlinks App and Alfred exist to support delivery, give you approval on every piece and live reporting, but the work is done by the senior team. You hire the operation, not a tool licence.
Which languages does Netlinks work in?
English, Portuguese and Spanish, with real execution in each one rather than a translation of the Brazilian page. That covers content, authority in outlets from the destination country and URL architecture per language.
