Enterprise SEO and GEO consulting · Backed by Google for Startups

Enterprise SEO consulting for operations too big to get wrong.

Three specialists who ran SEO for Méliuz, Globo.com, Rock Content and BTG step inside your operation for 90 days. An outside diagnosis, a roadmap ranked by impact, and the keys handed back to your team the day it ends.

We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Headquarters in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

01Overview

Enterprise SEO consulting

Enterprise SEO consulting is what a company reaches for once the organic channel is too large, too technical, or too tied to revenue to run on trial and error. A platform migration, a content architecture spread across four teams, a competitor that became the cited answer first and nobody quite knows how. Netlinks Exclusive is the version of that work built for operations at that scale: three named senior specialists join your team for 90 days, run a diagnosis from the outside, and hand back a roadmap ranked by impact, not by opinion.

The three are Digo Garcia, André Mousinho and Gabriel Raposo, the same three who lead every engagement at Netlinks, an agency with more than 200 companies served since 2017. Between them they built organic search for Méliuz, ran SEO inside a joint venture with Globo.com, took Rock Content past 7 million monthly visits, and built the link building and digital PR operations behind Agibank and BTG Pactual. They know what it feels like to be the in-house team, mid product, unable to look up long enough to see what changed outside. Exclusive exists to be what they needed back then.

This is not the same product as ongoing Netlinks consulting, the monthly engagement most clients run. Exclusive is a fixed, executive project with a start and an end written into the contract, built for one big decision or one high stakes moment rather than a continuous retainer. Because the three deliver every engagement personally, Netlinks accepts at most three Exclusive engagements per quarter.

02The stakes

Enterprise SEO mistakes are expensive. And usually avoidable.

A migration that drops traffic overnight. A content architecture that scatters the same topic across four silos nobody owns. A competitor that became the cited answer first, without anyone on the team understanding how. Search moving toward AI answers in the middle of the roadmap. Whoever has run one of these operations from the inside knows exactly where these decisions go wrong, and knows that the difference between the drop and the recovery curve is usually one question, asked at the right moment, by someone who has seen it happen before.

None of this is theoretical. It shows up in the industry data every year, and it shows up in real accounts we have seen up close.

  • 60 to 80 percent of platform migrations lose organic traffic somewhere in the process.
  • 523 days is the average time to recover after a large-scale drop.
  • R$26 million in organic revenue lost in a single month by one large retailer.

Industry studies on platform migration and organic recovery, 2024 to 2026. A real case in international retail, roughly £3.8 million a month.

03The offer

The outside view large companies hire for.

We know this place from the inside. At Letras.mus.br, Méliuz, Rock Content and LWSA, we were the in-house team: buried in the product, isolated, without the time to track every shift in SEO happening outside, and without numbers from other operations to compare against. It happens in every mature organic operation, and it is nobody's fault.

Exclusive exists to be what we needed back then: people from outside who sit inside dozens of large cases at the same time and arrive with the shortcuts we learned to cut, the mistakes we already paid dearly to make, and the playbook of what large companies actually do and never publish. Your team stays in charge of day-to-day execution. We add mileage and hand back a roadmap decided together.

04Week by week

90 days of enterprise SEO consulting. With an end date.

An executive project with a beginning, a middle and a formal close: an end date written into the contract, and when it ends, it ends. The keys go back to your team.

  1. Before the contract

    Intake

A qualification call with the sponsor, scope and exclusions in writing, and a formal freeze of your team's current backlog. Netlinks also decides whether to accept the case.

  2. Week 1

    Field

Three days on-site, the three specialists inside your operation. Interviews with SEO, product, engineering and content, the people who actually run the operation, and the people the diagnosis is built with.

  3. Weeks 2 and 3

    Investigation

The three working in parallel, each on their own front: technical, content and strategy, authority and reputation. Thirty minute checkpoints twice a week, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

  4. Week 4

    Decision Room

A half day workshop, on-site. Your head of SEO reviews the material before leadership sees it and co-presents the findings. Decisions come out recorded in minutes.

  5. Days 31 to 90

    Direct Line

Four executive working sessions and an asynchronous channel with a response within 48 business hours, on the delivered roadmap, while your team implements.

  6. Day 90 and after

    Handoff

A formal close in writing: what your team takes on, what stayed out of scope, what would require outside hands. And 90 days later, a single executive session to measure what actually shipped.

  7. The anti-retainer

A contracted end is part of the product

The committee approves it as a project, not as one more recurring line item they are afraid to sign.

05Who shows up

The product is the three specialists.

Three names, named in the contract, with the track record an operation your size requires: the person who built organic at Letras.mus.br, Cifra Club and Méliuz, the person who took Rock Content's SEO past 7 million monthly visits, the person who built authority for Agibank and BTG Pactual.

Digo Garcia, Co-founder and Global CEO

More than two decades in Brazilian internet: Letras.mus.br, Cifra Club, Méliuz and a travel portal run jointly with Globo.com. Today leads the AI, technical SEO and engineering practice.

André Mousinho, Partner and Director of SEO and GEO

Ran the SEO strategy at Rock Content past 7 million monthly visits and led SEO for four brands inside the LWSA group: Tray, Bagy, Melhor Envio and Cplug.

Gabriel Raposo, Director of Link Building and PR

Built one of the country's most respected authority and digital PR operations, with work for Agibank and BTG Pactual. Leads the reputation and AI citation practice.

06The proof

Ask Google who leads enterprise SEO in Brazil.

These are the answers Google's AI Mode gives when someone searches for the three specialists by name. When the AI itself points to who is a reference in SEO in Brazil, that is the team that joins your operation. Being the answer is our craft, including when the question is about us.

It also reads the same way to the people who worked alongside them.

Sam Vignoli, CEO of Letras and Studio Sol. "It was a great run. Digo saw technical SEO mistakes nobody had spotted before, and the Letras blog, which started with him, went past 1 million visits."

Vitor Peçanha, Co-founder of Rock Content. "Mousinho was a right hand at Rock Content. Rare expertise in content and SEO at scale, from planning to execution, during a period when our organic channel became the market's reference."

Daniel Campos, Director of SEO at BTG Pactual. "Netlinks is a consistent and reliable technical partner in digital authority strategy. Method, quality, alignment with best practice. Deep technical knowledge and a results-oriented posture."

07Governance and confidentiality

Enterprise SEO consulting, governed by contract.

The quiet objection to every outside consulting engagement is what it does to the people already inside. Here, the answer is written into the rules of the project.

  • Your head reads first. The draft diagnosis goes to your SEO lead before any executive sees it, with the right to add context, and it is your lead who co-presents at the Decision Room. Nobody gets surprised in front of the boss.
  • Every finding comes in three parts. What the team built right, what the landscape changed, and what the outside view adds. We have sat on the other side of a consulting table ourselves, and we know the difference that format makes.
  • Bilateral NDA. Full confidentiality before any data changes hands. A public case study only happens if, and how, you authorize it.
  • Scope closed in writing. The unit under review, exclusions and the calendar are set at intake. What is in, is in. What is out does not reappear on the invoice.

Guarantee of New Ideas. Your team's backlog is frozen in writing at intake. If the Decision Room closes with fewer than 12 material opportunities that were not already on that document, the final installment is not billed and the Direct Line period doubles in length. The bar is documented, not a matter of opinion.

08Admission

Is enterprise SEO consulting right for your team?

Exclusive is not for everyone, and admission cuts both ways: Netlinks also turns cases down. If your team wants continuous monthly execution instead of a fixed executive project, the ongoing consulting engagement is the right door.

11Who it is for

Where this work pays off the most

You are a fit if

Your organic operation is already large: a portal, a marketplace, a media brand, a fintech, a content ecosystem. There is an in-house team or an agency running today, and you want an independent, elite second opinion. There is an expensive decision on the horizon: migration, replatform, expansion, AI strategy.

Not a fit if

Your organic operation does not exist yet, or is not material to the business. You are looking for outsourced content or link building execution at volume. You want monthly reporting and continuous, ongoing follow-up.

Looking for continuous execution instead?

Netlinks runs an ongoing SEO and GEO consulting engagement for teams that want a monthly cadence, not a fixed project. See SEO consulting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is enterprise SEO consulting at Netlinks, exactly?

It is Netlinks Exclusive: a 90 day executive project where three named senior specialists, Digo Garcia, André Mousinho and Gabriel Raposo, run an outside diagnosis of your organic operation and hand back a roadmap ranked by impact, with the keys returned to your team when the contract ends.

Does Exclusive replace my team or my agency?

No, and it is written into the contract. Exclusive is a second executive opinion delivered over 90 days. The diagnosis is built with your team as the source, your SEO lead reviews it before leadership does, and the roadmap is built for people already inside to execute. When the project ends, your team is stronger, with better arguments and a wider playbook.

Who implements the roadmap once it is delivered?

Your team. Tickets arrive ready for the sprint, ranked by impact against effort, and the Direct Line follows the first deliveries for 60 days. If you want outside hands on a specific front afterward, that is a separate conversation under a separate contract.

How much does enterprise SEO consulting like this cost?

It is a single project investment, with no monthly fee and no automatic renewal, presented as a closed proposal after the diagnosis from the first conversation. The price reflects what is inside: three dedicated senior specialists, on-site work, and a 90 day project with a contracted end date.

How is Exclusive different from your ongoing SEO consulting?

Ongoing SEO consulting is a monthly engagement where the Netlinks team executes continuously. Exclusive is a fixed 90 day project built for one high stakes decision, where your own team keeps executing and the three specialists deliver the outside diagnosis and roadmap personally.

How does confidentiality work?

A bilateral NDA is signed before any data changes hands. The project material belongs to you, and the engagement only becomes a public case study if, and how, you authorize it.

What happens after the 90 days?

The project closes with a formal Handoff Record: what your team takes on, what stayed out of scope, what would require outside hands. And 90 days after the close, a single executive session measures what actually shipped. No invoice the following month.

How many engagements do you run at the same time?

At most three per quarter, company wide, because the three specialists deliver every Exclusive engagement personally rather than delegating it. One new immersion a month, and at most two Direct Line periods running in parallel. Admission cuts both ways: Netlinks also declines cases.
