Case study · Master Milhas
A new site, 14 selling pages ranking and page one for vender milhas delta.
Master Milhas buys airline miles from people sitting on an idle loyalty balance. The business depends on finding that person at the exact moment they search for how to sell, and on giving them a path that closes itself without waiting for a human reply.

01The challenge
The challenge
People selling miles do not search for the brand. They search for the airline: vender milhas Smiles, vender milhas Latam Pass, vender milhas Delta. Every program has its own rules, its own rate and a specific question about transfers, deadlines and limits.
A generic miles page answers all of those queries poorly. It talks about miles in the abstract, while the person wants to know what their program's miles are worth today and how the money reaches their account.
Then there was the product side. After convincing someone, the site had to close. A form that generates an email and waits for a human reply loses the person who had decided that minute, especially in a category where competitors answer on WhatsApp in seconds.
02What we did
What we did
The project put content and engineering on the same track: the search map defined the architecture of the new site, and the new site was built with the selling flow already inside it.
- Mapping by airline program. A study of how people actually phrase the query, program by program, separating those ready to sell now from those still checking what their balance is worth.
- 14 selling landing pages. One page per airline, with that program's rules, what changes in a transfer, what the person needs at hand and the next step visible above the fold. Original content on each one, with no text blocks recycled between them.
- A new site in 2026. Structure, speed and semantics rebuilt, with organization, service and FAQ structured data, so search engines and AI assistants can state clearly what the company buys and how it pays.
- A self-service selling flow. The person simulates, submits their details and follows their own sale in a client area, without needing someone on the other side to take the first step.
- Content for the real objection. The questions that come up before selling (security, timing, taxes, transfer limits) turned into direct answers on the site, in the format a language model can quote.
- Tracking in the Netlinks App. Position per page, progress per airline and a monthly report with what goes live next.

03The outcome
The outcome
The new site went live in 2026 with the self-service selling flow and the client area working, and started receiving qualified search traffic through the airline pages.
There are now 14 "vender milhas <airline>" landing pages ranking, and the Delta page holds the second result on page one of Google for "vender milhas delta", a query where the buyer already knows what they want.
The routine continues: new pages per program, rule updates whenever an airline changes its policy, and position tracking, all approved and reported through the App.
