Technology · Netlinks App and Alfred

SEO and GEO technology that carries the service.

Senior specialists do the work. The Netlinks App and Alfred are how we deliver it: approval per deliverable, live reporting on SEO, GEO and link building, citation monitoring across dozens of AI models and WhatsApp support around the clock.

We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Headquarters in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

01Overview

SEO and GEO technology

Netlinks builds SEO and GEO technology to answer the two questions every agency client eventually asks: what is being done right now, and what did it change. The Netlinks App answers both in real time, without waiting for month end and without somebody having to assemble a deck first.

On the execution side, Alfred, the artificial intelligence that runs our day to day, keeps the delivery queue moving, assembles reporting and answers on WhatsApp at any hour, with the human team in the same group. On the site side, our engineering practice handles speed, security and Google Cloud infrastructure.

And on the side almost nobody delivers, structured data and technical SEO: the layer that tells a machine what actually exists on your page, and the strongest technical edge Netlinks has had since 2017.

02Positioning

Service in front, SEO and GEO technology behind

Netlinks is an agency and consultancy, not a software company. The technology matters here because it changes what you receive: one-click approval instead of an email attachment, a live number instead of last month's PDF, an alert today instead of a discovery next quarter.

In practice it fixes three old problems with hiring an agency:

  • No visibility. You have no idea what is in production or who is holding the ball. In the App, the delivery queue shows what is being written, what is waiting on your approval and what already went live.
  • Reporting that arrives late. By the time the PDF lands, the month is gone and the decision was already made. The App report is live and you open it whenever you want.
  • Support that sleeps. A question at 10pm on a Friday usually waits until Monday. Alfred answers immediately on status, deadline and the next deliverable, and escalates to a human specialist when the topic calls for a decision.

None of this replaces people. The App and Alfred exist so you never have to ask what is going on, and so the senior team spends its time on strategy instead of assembling reports. The method that organises the work is in the Response Marketing method.

03Netlinks App

Everything being done, open to you around the clock

The Netlinks App lives at app.netlinks.com.br and opens during onboarding for the people you name, each with their own permission level. Marketing sees content, engineering sees technical specs, leadership sees outcomes.

Every deliverable in the cycle passes through it before going live. You approve or send it back with a comment, and the version history is stored with date and author. Once a piece is published, the link enters the report on its own.

It is the same dashboard in all three languages, so an operation selling in Brazil, the United States and Latin America follows all three fronts in one place, with no parallel spreadsheet.

  • Approval per deliverable, with comments and full version history
  • The month's queue: in production, waiting on you, already live
  • Per-person access at the level you decide
  • Portuguese, English and Spanish in the same dashboard

04Inside

What you open inside the App

Six panels cover what a search programme has to show. All of them refresh on their own, with nobody consolidating a spreadsheet at month end.

Deliverable approvals

Content, story angles, new pages and placements arrive for you to approve in one click. Nothing ships without passing this queue.

SEO reporting

Position by keyword, movement since the contract started, organic traffic and conversions, wired to Search Console and your analytics.

GEO reporting

Which models already mention your brand, in response to which questions, and which competitor sits next to you in the answer.

Link building reporting

Every link and every piece of coverage published in the period, with outlet, URL and date. The authority front reports on the same screen.

PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals

Speed and technical health measured continuously, with the history of every fix applied.

Alerts

A ranking drop, a site outage, a crawl error or broken schema becomes a notification now, not a discovery next month.

05GEO

Citation monitoring across dozens of AI models

When somebody asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or Copilot which company to hire, the model answers and cites sources. Being one of them is the new first place, and it is a fight that shows up in no classic SEO tool.

Netlinks runs the questions that matter to your business across dozens of models, at regular intervals, and records what came back: whether your brand was cited, where in the answer, which competitor stood beside you and which source the model leaned on.

That data becomes a content decision in the next cycle. When a competitor is cited and you are not, the question enters the Knowledge pillar queue. The full front is detailed in GEO.

06Alfred

The artificial intelligence that runs the day to day

Alfred is the artificial intelligence Netlinks uses internally to run the production queue, assemble reporting and answer on WhatsApp. It handles what is factual and hands the case to a human specialist whenever a decision is involved.

In your project that shows up as a WhatsApp group mirrored with the team on your account. You ask about a deliverable at eleven at night and get the answer, with the link to the piece in the App. If the question is strategic, the senior specialist joins the same group the next day.

Internally, Alfred is what keeps the method's cycle on schedule: it watches the queue, chases whatever slipped and assembles the monthly reading before the meeting.

  • A WhatsApp group mirrored with the team on your account
  • Immediate answers on status, deadline and the next deliverable
  • Escalation to the senior specialist when the case needs a decision
  • Voice and text, around the clock, with no support queue

07Technical edge

Structured data: where SEO and GEO technology turns into results

Structured data is how you explain to a machine what exists on your page: that this is a product with a price and stock, a service with a coverage area, a company with an address, an article with an author, a question with an answer.

It is the most neglected work in the market and the highest yielding today, because Google and language models both use that layer to be sure of what they are saying. A well marked page has a better shot at becoming a rich result and at being cited as a source inside an AI answer.

Netlinks marks up the entire site, validates in staging before shipping, watches for schema breakage when the site is updated, and reviews it every cycle. The full front is in structured data.

  • Organization, Service, Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb and LocalBusiness
  • Validation in staging, never straight into production
  • An App alert when an update breaks the markup
  • Entity review: how Google understands who your company is

08Infrastructure

Security, speed and hosting on Google Cloud

A slow site loses rankings and loses sales. A compromised site loses both at once and then spends months earning back a search engine's trust. That is why the engineering front starts alongside the search work rather than after it.

Netlinks hosts and manages sites on Google Cloud, with certificates, backups, platform updates, security scanning and uptime monitoring. When a site goes down, the alert arrives before your customer notices.

The most recent example is SP Labor, a laboratory equipment store migrated to Google Cloud: the technical audit closed on 21 August 2026 took errors from 753 to 326 pages, warnings from 2,803 to 1,020, the sitemap from 383 to 20 files, compressed 6,433 images from 4.0 GB to 1.4 GB and left the homepage at PageSpeed 97 on mobile and 99 on desktop. The fronts are in website management, web hosting and Google Cloud.

09Split of work

SEO and GEO technology: what the machine does and what the person does

The right question to ask any agency talking about artificial intelligence is simple: who decides. Here the split is written down.

FrontWhat the technology doesWhat the person does
MappingCollects volume, difficulty and competition per termDecides which themes are worth the investment, and in what order
ContentOrganises briefs, deadlines and the version of every pieceWrites, reviews and answers for the quality before publishing
TechnicalMeasures speed, crawling and schema continuouslyPrioritises the fix and writes the spec for the development team
AuthorityRecords every link and placement with outlet, URL and dateBuilds the relationship with the outlet and defends the story angle
GEORuns the questions across dozens of models and logs the citationReads the result and turns it into content for the next cycle
SupportAnswers status, deadline and next deliverable immediatelyTakes over when the topic needs a decision or a negotiation

10The delivery

What you get your hands on

Access, numbers and a channel. No software licence to buy and no mandatory training to use it.

App access for your team

As many people as you want, each at the permission level you set during onboarding.

Live reporting

SEO, GEO and link building in one dashboard, refreshing on their own, open around the clock.

Approval queue

Every deliverable with a deadline, comments and version history, recording who approved what.

AI citation monitor

Your market's questions run across dozens of models, logging when your brand entered the answer.

Technical health of the site

PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, crawling and schema measured continuously, with an alert when something breaks.

WhatsApp with the team and Alfred

A mirrored group, immediate answers on status and escalation to the senior specialist when needed.

11How it works

From first login to the monthly report

The path is the same in every engagement, and the first deliverable shows up in the App before the first cycle ends.

  1. 01

    Access granted

The App opens for the people you name, with the permission level of each one decided by you.

  2. 02

    Sources connected

Search Console, analytics and the site enter the dashboard. That is what makes the report your numbers rather than an estimate.

  3. 03

    Baseline recorded

We log where you stand today: rankings, traffic, speed, technical health and AI citations. Every later change is measured against it.

  4. 04

    Delivery queue

The cycle plan becomes a queue. Each piece has a deadline, an owner and a moment when it reaches you for approval.

  5. 05

    Approval and publishing

You approve in the App, the piece goes live and the link enters the report on its own, with a date.

  6. 06

    The monthly reading

The report stays open all the time, and the senior analysis arrives alongside it at the cycle meeting.

12Who leads

Who leads your project

The three of them own the process and manage the team on every account. No senior who shows up at kickoff and disappears: they sign off on the plan, review the work and talk to your team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Netlinks SEO and GEO technology sold as software?

Netlinks sells a service. The SEO and GEO technology (the Netlinks App and Alfred) is part of the service agreement and exists so you can follow the work and approve deliverables. There is no separate software licence to buy. What Netlinks delivers is in services.

Is the App charged separately?

No. App access and the Alfred channel are part of any SEO and GEO agreement, for as many people on your team as you want to include.

How many AI models do you monitor?

Dozens of models, among them ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Meta AI, Grok, DeepSeek and Mistral. The list shifts as models gain and lose relevance in your market, and the report always shows which ones were queried.

Do I need to replace my website to use the App?

You do not. The App tracks the site you already have, whether it is WordPress, VTEX, Shopify, Next.js or something built in house. When the site is the real bottleneck, that shows up in the diagnosis with the number that justifies a change, and the engineering front takes it on.

Is my site data secure?

Access is granted per person and can be revoked by you at any time. The infrastructure runs on Google Cloud, and each approval is recorded with author, date and originating address, which gives the audit trail companies with compliance teams tend to require.

Does Alfred answer instead of a person?

It answers what is factual, immediately: delivery status, deadline, next step and the link to the piece in the App. When the topic involves a decision, a negotiation or strategy, the senior specialist takes over in the same group.

Can I follow the work in Portuguese and Spanish?

You can. The dashboard works in all three languages, and operations selling in more than one country follow every front in the same place. The design for companies selling abroad is in international SEO.

What happens if my site goes down?

Monitoring fires an alert and the engineering front steps in. On website management agreements that includes investigating the cause, restoring from backup and closing the gap, plus a written account of what happened.
